Updated Renault Trafic now in Australian Renault dealerships.
The all-new 2015 Renault Trafic van range has arrived in Australian Renault dealerships.
Unveiled in Europe last year, the new third-generation Renault Trafic features updated external styling and a revised, larger and more comfortable cabin. Prices for the new model start at $33,490.
The new generation Renault Trafic is also bigger. Renault has given the Trafic additional front and rear overhangs of 10cm and 11cm respectively, the added space means the L1 and L2 versions of the Trafic now boast maximum load lengths of up to 3.75m and 4.15m.
Under the bonnet, the all-new Renault Trafic is offered to buyers with the choice of two 1.6 litre diesel engines – a single turbo unit that produces 66kW/260Nm or twin-turbo offering 103kW/340Nm.
The upgraded diesel engines boast an average fuel consumption improvement of 2.2L/100km on those found in the superseded Renault Trafic.
Renault Australia Managing Director Justin Hocevar says the new Renault Trafic improves on what was already a popular offering.
