New one-tonne Ford Transit to be priced from $37,490…
Commercial vehicle buyers now have another one-tonne van to consider with Ford launching the new Transit Custom into the market today.
Available in short and long wheel base variants, the Ford Transit Custom will feature Ford’s 2.2-litre Duratorq TDCi diesel engine, which produces 92kW and 350Nm.
Combined fuel consumption in the short wheel base variant (290S) is listed at 7.1L/100km, while the long wheelbase (330L) model returns a combined 7.3L/100km.
Graeme Whickman, Ford Australia Vice President Marketing, Sales and Service, says the new offering was designed to be the most stylish and safest Transit ever.
“We are signaling to customers that the all-new Transit Custom presents a very compelling reason to buy,”
