The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter is making a habit out of winning awards, this time around the Mercedes-Benz van has been crowned Large Van of the Year.
The award came from the ACFO Fleet Awards in the UK and follows on from claiming the Most Reliable Van title, also in the UK, earlier in November.

The ACFO Awards are based on votes submitted by ACFO members – all of which are fleet operations.
Ricky McFarland from Mercedes-Benz Vans UK welcomed the recognition.
“It speaks volumes that the Sprinter continues to win awards, even as it gets towards the end of its production life.
The ACFO Awards are especially rewarding as they are voted for by fleet operators themselves, proving our commitment to keeping businesses moving.”
Other 2017 ACFO Awards winners this year included:
- Ford Transit Connect – Small Van of the Year
- Skoda Superb/Mercedes-Benz C-Class (joint winners) – Fleet Car of the Year
- Tesla Model S – Ultra Low Emission Vehicle of the Year
