Ford F-150 wins 2015 Ideal Vehicle Award

Ford F-150 tops AutoPacific Ideal Vehicle Awards for 2015.

Respected automotive research and consulting firm AutoPacific has named the Ford F-150 as overall winner of the 2015 Ideal Vehicle Awards (IVA).

The annual awards, which recognize vehicles that best meet their owner’s expectations and desires, are based on responses from over 66,000 new vehicle owners in the U.S. across all major manufacturers.

Surveyed after 90 days of ownership, respondents were asked what changes they would make to their car or truck in 15 key categories, including ride and handling, driver’s seat comfort, interior storage, safety features, interior lighting, power and acceleration and technology.

Subaru, Honda, Porsche and Ford came it with multiple category wins this year.
