We reported on the arrival in Australia of the updated Iveco Daily, with that update comes some new options packs.
In confirming the new packs, Iveco tell us they were designed to allow customers to select a range of specifications aligned to their application.

The packs – Business Premium Pack, Comfort Pack, or Efficiency Pack, can all be optioned across both the many different van and cab chassis variants of the Daily.
The Business Premium Pack adds features such as reverse camera and sat-nav.
Buyers who opt for the Comfort Pack get air-suspended and heated driver’s seat with armrest, and auto climate control.
While the Efficiency Pack adds an ‘Ecoswitch’ function which reduces the amount of torque produced by the engine for situations where operators have only a light load onboard.
This helps reduce fuel consumption.
Buyers of the 2.5 litre 35S variant also get start and stop technology to also assist efficiency.
And the pack also boasts a Lane Departure Warning System.
Darren Swenson is Iveco Australia’s Marketing Manager, he says the new packs were created following feedback from customers.
“Some prospective buyers may prefer an entry level package that although is still well specified, doesn’t have features that they might not want or need – we can now better cater to these people and provide them Daily ownership at a lower price point.
“And the customers that do still want a full equipment list can have it via the various pack options.”
