We don’t often see limited edition or special edition vans in Australia, let alone offerings with a particularly sporty edge.

But, Renault is breaking the mould with the Renault Trafic Formula Edition.

Confirmed this morning by Renault Australia, the special edition vans have been inspired by the French car company’s success on the world’s F1 tracks and the official Renault Sport vans that help keep the team moving.

2017 Renault Trafic Formula Edition Key Facts:

• Available in two exterior colours – Jet Black or Storm Grey
• Short and long wheelbase variants
• Only 80 available in Australia
• Exterior pack includes body coloured front bumper and rear light surrounds
• Black 17” ‘Cyclade’ alloy wheels with yellow centre caps
• Unique black Renault diamond bonnet badge
• ‘Formula Edition’ side stripes and floor mats
• Dark cloth upholstery with heated driver’s seat

Light Commercial Vehicles (LCV) line manager for Renault, Lyndon Healey, says they should prove popular.
