The next generation LDV Deliver 9 van and bus have arrived in Australia delivering an increase in power, a raft of technical changes, and an improved suite of safety features to help cement its position as one of the best value van and bus ranges on the market today.
The headline changes include a coveted gold rating in ANCAP’s Commercial Van Safety Comparison, a new 7-year / 200,000-kilometre warranty* and the adoption of a Euro 6 compliant diesel engine, all ensuring the Deliver 9 van and bus remain highly competitive in their respective segments.

Visually distinguished by its new gloss black radiator grille up front, the new MY24 Deliver 9 van and bus models now sport Euro 6-compliant engines.
Euro 6 emissions standards
The Euro 6 emissions standards – due to come into force 1 December 2025 – impose strict limits on the release of certain harmful gases and particulate matter, particularly nitrogen oxides (NOx) and hydrocarbons. To meet Euro 6 compliance, diesel passenger vehicles must not emit more than 80mg/km of NOx gases, while diesel light commercial vehicles must not exceed 125mg/km.^
This engine also yields an appreciable rise in power and torque: at 128kW and 420Nm it marks a substantial increase of 20kW in power and 45Nm in torque compared to the previous Deliver 9.
Deliver 9 offers improved driving dynamics
As a result, the new Deliver 9 offers improved driving dynamics, further bolstered by the incorporation of an 8-speed ZF automatic transmission, as seen in the new T60 Max Plus, which facilitates the seamless transfer of this additional power to the rear wheels.
New MY24 Deliver 9 van and bus models have also been boosted with standard safety features including Blind Spot Detection, Lane Change Assist, Door Opening Warning, Emergency Lane Keeping, Electronic Park Brake, and front parking sensors
These upgrades have been recently assessed by ANCAP, the independent voice on vehicle safety for Australia and New Zealand and propelled the Deliver 9 Van from its previous bronze rating to a gold rating (scoring 74%) in ANCAP’s Commercial Van Safety Comparison segments.
More upgrades
Inside, a multifunction steering wheel channels inputs from a new electric power steering system, making tight turns and parking a breeze. On the move, a new adaptive cruise control with stop and go functionality takes the strain out of most journeys.
A new upgraded 12.3-inch infotainment system (up from 10.1-inch on MY23 vehicles) comes complete with
- Apple CarPlay & now Android Auto,
- digital radio and a
- high-definition rearview camera (not available in the cab chassis variant).
Long wheelbase medium and high roof vans also feature 236-degree opening cargo doors as standard, delivering superior ease of access to the rear loading area.
All MY24 Deliver 9 models now benefit from a new 7-year/200,000km warranty*, a significant upgrade on the existing warranty which brings the Deliver 9 into line with the new T60 Max Plus and MIFA people mover.
