The popular Citroen Berlingo work van is being recalled in Australia to have a potential power steering system fault rectified.
Affecting just a total of 62 vehicles sold in Australia, the Citroen Berlingo power steering recall is being overseen by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
The ACCC recall notice lists the Vehicle Identification Numbers (VINs) of the affected vehicles and advises that on the affected vehicles, the power steering pipes may crack over time, causing power steering fluid leaks and results in a lack of responsiveness in steering.
Reduced steering ability may pose an accident hazard.
An information letter will be sent to affected Citroen Berlingo owners from Citroen Automobile Australia.
