Volkswagen Crafter range has received a substantial update for 2025. Prioritising safety and driver comfort via the inclusion of new technology, safety features and driver assistance systems.
These now include as standard Forward Collision Warning, now with AEB Cyclist and Pedestrian detection, Lane Assist, Travel Assist, Blind Sport Monitoring, Adaptive Cruise Control and a Moving off Information System.
Visually, the Crafter picks up a refreshed front bumper and badging, to align with the rest of the Volkswagen family.
On the inside, a complete redesign has comprehensively enhanced both the style and functionality of the Crafter. A redesigned dashboard now features a 10.4-inch Infotainment System combined with a fully Digital Cockpit, standard Wireless Charger and USB-C ports with faster charging.
The new electric parking brake and shifter replace the traditional mechanical units, freeing up space and simplifying operation, while a new dashboard profile, Climate Control centre design and Multifunctional Steering Wheel optimise the user experience even further.
The Australian-designed and Melbourne-converted Crafter Kampervan, available in Style and All-Terrain, also benefits from these same updates, bringing enhanced safety, technology and comfort to the campervan segment.
The Crafter, equipped with the TDI410 2.0L twin-turbo diesel powertrain, is available in Medium Wheelbase, Long Wheelbase (incl. ‘with overhang’ option), Single cab Chassis, Double Cab Chassis and Kampervan variants, with prices kicking off at $69,100* for the Crafter Single Cab Chassis.
