The Mercedes-Benz Sprinter has taken two awards at double honours at the 2016 VansA2Z Awards in the UK.
The Mercedes-Benz van has been announced as the winner of the Minibus of the Year and 4×4 Panel Van of the Year. The Sprinter not being any stranger to winning VansA2Z Awards, the Mercedes-Benz van taking the minibus award for the third straight year and the panel van title for a fifth time.
Commenting on the Minibus of the Year title, Neil McIntee, Editor of VansA2Z, said the Sprinter was a stand-out.
“Mercedes has covered just about every base when it comes to occupant safety in the superb Sprinter Traveliner minibus range.”
And commenting on the 4×4 Panel Van honour, Neil added: “Sprinter 4×4 is the ideal solution for transporting up to six people, tools and equipment to isolated locations in complete safety.”
Steve Bridge, Managing Director, Mercedes-Benz Vans UK, welcomed the recognition.
