Fiat Professional has taken the covers off a new model with the new Fiat Talento set to start arriving in European dealerships later in the year.
Not yet confirmed for Australia, the Fiat Talento sits between the Fiat Doblo Cargo and Fiat Ducato in the Fiat Professional line-up.
While final specification details are yet to be confirmed, Fiat are promising it will be offered in a broad range of body styles, including vans, people carriers, crew cabs and flat beds.
In showing off the new model Fiat said the Talento, which is ‘Talent’ in Italian (not surprisingly), will be powered by a range of turbo and twin-turbo diesel engines with six-speed manual gearboxes.
Fiat tell us the new van will offer a generous load capacity and be an ideal workmate for professionals on city streets and major roads thanks to its great versatility and ability to adapt to the most diverse needs of its customers.
